Using PeacefuLLList

Development status: This page documents intended behavior and data sources for application registration and testing before public release.

Offline behavior

Inventory creation, quantity changes, search, expiration D-day counts, conservative readiness calculations, local barcode-cache results, on-device OCR, and previously shared widget data remain available without internet. Optional CloudKit collaboration and remote barcode lookup require connectivity.

30-day widget

Add the PeacefuLLList widget from the iOS widget gallery. Small and medium Home Screen widgets list the nearest expiration dates; the Lock Screen widget shows the nearest D-day and total count. The timeline reevaluates after midnight and the app refreshes its local snapshot after inventory changes.

Readiness estimate

The estimate counts only non-expired, non-zero entries with a measured water volume or calorie value. It divides inventory by 3 liters and 2,000 kcal per person per day, uses whichever resource supports fewer days, and rounds down to full days. Unmeasured entries are not guessed.

Finding an AirTag-associated item

  1. Open the inventory item and note the saved AirTag name.
  2. Open Apple's Find My app.
  3. Choose Items, select that name, then use Play Sound or Find Nearby when available.

PeacefuLLList cannot read an AirTag's location or operate Find My controls.

Product-data sources

Japanese JAN lookup may use Rakuten Product Search and Rakuten Ichiba Item Search. Global lookup may use Open Food Facts and Open Products Facts. The ordered lookup starts with local and community records to avoid unnecessary remote requests.

Emergency-use boundary

Always follow current instructions from local authorities. PeacefuLLList does not provide emergency alerts, medical advice, evacuation orders, or an assurance that supplies are safe to consume.

Operator and contact

PeacefuLLList is an independent iOS application project and is not affiliated with Rakuten or an emergency authority. Product, privacy, and provider inquiries use the verified developer contact in the official distribution or registration record.
