Save a minimal draft
A process can begin with an order number and target delivery date; a receipt can begin with capture or file selection.
Review proposals
Amounts, dates, counterparties, steps, and imported changes remain proposals until you review them.
Complete with actual evidence
Schedule editing is not completion. Save an actual completion date and an attachment or reference to move the current step.
Preserve history
Drafts can be edited or discarded; issued and approved records use correction, cancellation, or revision paths.
Trust by design
Core work remains available without the internet.
Local first
Core entry, calculation, review, and storage operate on device so the ledger does not depend on internet or AI availability.
Optional CloudKit
Where released and enabled, the app uses the user's Apple CloudKit private database. An operator server is not the source of truth for the local edition.
Correct, do not silently overwrite
Issued, approved, shipped, and accounting facts keep correction, cancellation, restoration, and audit history.
L’addition Cloud is a separate future product.
Company accounts, concurrent staff work, server storage, and the paid Time Vault will launch separately after server and security validation. They are not presented as features of the current local edition.
