Capture a receipt and turn it into a reviewed expense
Import from Camera, Photos, or Files, confirm the crop, review the on-device recognition, and reconcile colors, people, discounts, and totals before saving.
Six-step overview
- Open Add Expense and choose Receipt.
- Capture or import with less glare and shadow.
- Confirm all four corners and the corrected crop.
- Review merchant, total, currency, items, and the payment date in YYYY/MM/DD HH:mm.
- Correct detected color, assignee, not-an-amount rows, and item discounts.
- Reconcile tax and totals, then remove the attachment or keep the exact original as evidence.
